What It Is

PULSE TECHNOLOGIES^SM architecture provides advance and immediate indication of potential CT, MRI, and PET/CT system malfunctions and out of tolerance service specifications. Through a collection of technological advancements which enable continuous “PULSE” updates, BMI can ensure the “vitals” on your equipment are monitored 24/7, not just during contract hours. Our proprietary diagnostics tools can also alert service personnel to potential failures prior to a complete failure.

How It Works

BMI works directly with your IT / Network administrator to secure a remote log-in directly to your CT, MRI, or PET/CT system through our proprietary remote system. PULSE then transfers real-time data back to BMI’s Command Central, where trained and experienced Level III engineers are on hand to analyze and resolve potential issues. When problems arise, PULSE automatically recognizes and flags such issues - providing auto-notification immediately for both BMI and the customer. With this advanced, early-warning system, problems are identified, addressed and resolved with minimal down-time to your system and practice.
