
CLARITY™ CT SOLUTION: Better CT Image
ClarityTM improves the visibility of anatomic structures in computerized tomography images obtained at ultra-low radiation exposure levels. Developed and patented by Sapheneia, a Swedish-based global Imaging Services Company specializing in diagnostic and analytical image processing solutions, ClarityTM utilizes image-filtering and image-enhancement algorithms to exploit anatomy-specific details of scale, texture, and three-dimensional morphology using protocols that can be optimized to suit specific medical modality study type and medical observer. Image processing algorithms also address tissue, noise, scale, and structure adaptation while keeping HU levels for
homogeneous regions. Essentially, ClarityTM automatically adapts to the tissue, decreasing noise while simultaneously increasing contrast.
